Robert Mugabe has continuously castigated the west as imperialists and has always been quoted implying that he does not want anything to do with the west and white people.
If reality is anything to go by, Mugabe and his crooks in government favour western standards of 'everything' compared to Zimbabwe, a country they have reduced to a basket case.
ZimDaily has established that Mugabe and his colleagues in ZANU PF have over 300 kids studying in either US, UK and Australian universities and they are fears that these kids are being funded by tax payers in Zimbabwe.
This comes amid reports that Bona Mugabe, Mugabe's daughter is attending the prestigious London School of Economics in England. The school has since refuted the claims.
The British government is also mulling plans to ban ZANU PF officials kids from attending educational institutions in the UK.
In another development the University of Massachusetts is reportedly working on plans to strip Mugabe of an honorary doctorate of law degree awarded to him in 1986/ In a statement university officials described him as "The most oppressive, violent and tyrannical dictators of this time, responsible for the death of countless Zimbabwe citizens and the primary actor in the economic collapse and devastation of a nation".
The University of Edinburgh in Scotland is reportedly also reviewing an honorary doctorate conferred to Mugabe in the eigthies.

It is my belief that human rights abuses are unacceptable and that issue cannot be resolved by Zimbabweans alone.
I, and all of my fellow countrymen are angered and disappointed to learn of the presence of those that are directly benefiting from Mugabe's rogue regime in this country. We believe they do not have a right to enjoy a society that has freedom of expression , speech , association and other basic freedom that are denied people in Zimbabwe. Not only are our fundamental freedoms in Zimbabwe denied, but also our right to live. Any dissent against the government is met with the highest possible punishment: death.
I therefore call upon your good offices to lobby the government to send back beneficiaries of Mugabe 's excesses. To broaden the travel ban to include immediate family members of the perpetrators of violence,oppression and thuggery in Zimbabwe. This is but one of the efforts we can pressure Mugabe to stop his evil and primitive politics.

There is confusion at NUST as both the academic and non-academic staff are on strike. Students are just mingling on campus with the hope that things will be sorted out but the government is taking no action. Results for the last semester has not yet been published because of the confusion. Mugabe has killed us and at the same time we are paying high tuiton

Thanks for the letter. I have done one and I sent it to my MP. I know we Zimbabweans are lazy and scared, but we surely cannot be lazier than copying and pasting a letter to a British govenment official. Don't worry if you are illegal, the two are not connected. Most of us wish we were doing something about the situation in Zim, that could be our small way of doing something.

Can someone compile a definative list, giving names and locations exactly as possible so that they can be traced. If you take to the streets, you get killed. They obviously do not have a clue of the human rights abuses in the country. Do you remember when Thabo Mbeki was jeered by Zuma's supporters. Nobody was killed or tortured. That shows sheer respect of human rights, though I am not condoning jeering a head of state. Imagine if it was Mugabe being jeered. We could be talking of a mass grave right now!!!! - They think illegal immigrants are jealousy. Typical selfish ideology. Why are they illegal immigrants. If this is the attitude of Zimbabweans, to punish children (who do not make policies), then you should be ashamed of yourselves. Fact: the scapegoating diminishes your credibility. Fact: no wonder investors are afraid to invest in our country, if this is the character of Zimabweans, anyone would be afraid to deal with us.
